New Work Order/Enterprise Skills

FYA in their report New Work Order Report is calling for a national enterprise skills strategy to ensure young people are prepared for the economy of the future and equipped with the tools to drive economic and social progress. Enterprise skills are transferrable across different jobs and are a more powerful predictor of long-term job success and performance than technical knowledge. They include communication, project management, financial literacy, digital literacy and the ability to critically assess and analyse information, be creative and innovate.
